The Positioning for blessing - Walking Circumspectly

If you walk in my statutes and Keep my commandments and do them, *then I will give you your rains in their season, and the land shall yield its increase (Lev 26:3-4)

🌻The word of the Lord promises a package of blessing for the man who walks in his word and keeps his commands.

🌻The root Shamar for Keep is to be circumspect, to wait for, to carefully observe.

🌻The root word for Walk is halak meaning to exercise one self, to be conversant, speedily, to grow.

In Ephesians 5, Paul implores us to walk circumspectly not as foolish men but as wise, redeeming the time.

The phrase translated from Greek as “walk circumspectly” means “to watch or look carefully at how you live, to be occupied with and to live diligently.

See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is. (Eph 5:15-17)

🌻When we exercise ourselves in the things of God and carefully observe and give due attention to his word, the Lord promises the following blessings in our scripture today.

📯1. We will receive rain in due season ( Heavenly Grace)

📯2. the land will yield her increase, (favor among men)

🌻He positions himself for what the Lord is doing and he attracts and experiences the full package of blessing.
