OUR SEPARATION FOR GREAT WORKS

But I have said to you, 'You shall inherit their land, and I will give it to you to possess, a land flowing with milk and honey. ' I am the LORD your God, who has separated you from the peoples. (Lev 20:24)

🌻When God was choosing the nation of  Isreal, there were many other people he could have used but he picked out Isreal. It began with the call of Abraham who God testifies he was a righteous man because he believed on God instantly.

🌻The call of Abraham and Isreal was an allegory for our separation and consecration before the Lord in these last days.

🌻This separation was a precursor for our appointment to the work and ministry of God.Our primary ministry is that we may become channels that proclaim the praises and great works of God.

But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; (1 Pet 2:9)

🌻In the world today, we are the Royal priesthood of the Lord, we are his special people. We are on the Lord’s special list whenever he wants to do something no ear has heard, no mind has conceived.

Personal Consecrations

🌻The Lord has separated each of us separately. For some, their consecration allows them to dress a certain way, go in certain places.

🌻Yet for others, as Paul says, necessity is laid upon them and trouble awaits when he doesn’t preach the gospel. (1 Cor 9:16). Different vessels are for different purposes; some are people are called for great works others set apart for the ordinary works.

But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.

If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work. (2 Tim 2:20)

🌻We ought therefore to sanctify ourselves to the life that the Lord has appointed us.

BeBlessed.
